About Trumble
A browser-based creative suite built for game developers and artists who want professional texturing workflows — without installing heavy desktop software.
What is Trumble
Trumble is a free, browser-based suite built for game developers and artists who want professional texturing and painting workflows without installing heavy desktop software. The goal is to put PBR painting, baking, and related tools in the browser so you can iterate quickly on any machine.
The product is in early access — we ship improvements regularly and expand the roadmap based on what creators need in production.
The Tools
Trumble is designed to simplify the game art pipeline. Each tool handles a distinct part of the workflow and they're built to work seamlessly together.
Texture
3D viewport texturing — paint PBR textures and work directly on meshes in the browser.
Paint
2D painting and texture editing — alphas, masks, and channel work without a separate editor.
Bake
Bake normals, AO, curvature, and more in the browser — no offline renderer setup needed.
Export
Export texture packs formatted for Unreal, Unity, Godot, and Roblox with one click.
Roadmap
This is just the beginning. Trumble will be an ever-growing suite of tools shaped by what creators actually need in production. Coming up:
- Procedural materials
- Google Drive storage for projects
- Trim sheet tool
- Expanded bake map types
- More engine export presets
Pricing Model
The free tier is supported by advertising in the workspace — ads keep Trumble free for everyone. A Pro tier is planned to offer an ad-free experience with the same tools, at no change to functionality.
Every tool and every future update is available on the free plan. Pro is purely about removing ads and supporting ongoing development.
