What to Include
The more context you share, the faster we can help. For bug reports especially, the following details make a big difference:
For bugs: your browser name and version, operating system, what you were doing when it happened, and whether you can reproduce it consistently. A screenshot or screen recording goes a long way.
For billing issues: include the email address on your account and any relevant receipt or invoice number so we can look up the transaction quickly.
